Professional Training & Experience
I began practicing massage in 2004 after graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT) in Westport, Connecticut. Since then, I’ve offered bodywork in Connecticut, Virginia Beach, and now Florida, where I hold an active massage license (MA75583).
While in Virginia Beach, I had the honor of working with military personnel and Navy SEALs — supporting bodies under immense physical demand. That experience deepened my respect for the body’s resilience and the power of precise, compassionate care.
Over the years, I’ve pursued additional training in:
- Advanced Oncology Massage
- Craniosacral Therapy
- Emotional Somatic Release (ESR)
- Fibromyalgia Care
- Injury Recovery Techniques
