Join me on the 2nd Monday of each month for an hour of deep
relaxation, mindfulness, and soul connection.
During our time together we will share sacred space, connect with our breath, discover the stillness within, and elevate ourselves so we can dance with our beautiful essence.
Meditation is a mind-body practice that connects you to your breath, and in doing so, you are brought back to the present moment, bringing you to a state of stillness with awareness and focus. There are many different forms of meditation, and during our time together we will explore many of these forms.
The journey to connecting with your breath is the greatest gift you can give yourself.
If you’re new to meditation, I invite you to come with an open heart, let go of any expectations. I assure you that you will instantly feel the liberating benefits of this hour we spend together.

The benefits of meditation do not end here. Regular practice enhances the sense of happiness and contentment. As the mind becomes more and more peaceful, the number of worries, anxieties, fears, and negative thoughts decreases, and in their absence, happiness rises, you experience more joy, and you discover more about yourself.

To prepare for our time together:
Please have your space cleared of any distractions.
Feel free to join 5 minutes prior, dim your lights, and get yourself settled in for a beautiful expereince.
You might want to consider having these items available for your comfort during the session: water, lit candle or incense, meditation cushion, blanket, yoga mat, and a pen and journal for reflecting afterwards.
